Mission and Vision

Tumission Mission

Our Mission

Tumission Center Inc. strengthens children, youth, and families through programs in emotional education, early childhood, art, play, critical thinking, and community service. We accompany each person as they develop skills in empathy, resilience, leadership, and integral well-being. When a family passes through Tumission, the entire community benefits: more conscious, supportive citizens grow, capable of building healthy relationships, resolving conflicts, and actively contributing to a more just and humane society.

Tumission Vision

Our Vision

Tumission Center Inc. establishes itself as a reference model in the integral development of children from early childhood, youth, and families, contributing to the construction of more conscious, empathetic, and resilient communities. Our primary objective is for emotional education, art, critical thinking, and purpose-driven service to transform the way people relate to one another, resolve conflicts, and care for their environment. We are building a replicable model of community well-being, where authenticity flourishes, a sense of belonging is strengthened, and commitment to collective well-being is encouraged.

Our Founders

Tumission Center Inc. was born from the vision and commitment of its founder, Arley Velasco, who from a young age has worked to strengthen families and promote human development in the community. Recognizing the deep commitment, sensitivity, and love for the community of those who walk alongside him today, Arley understood that together they could build a project capable of transforming lives through emotional education, human accompaniment, and integral development. This is how the founding team that gave life to Tumission Center Inc. came together, uniting experience, purpose, and a deep desire to serve.
